How to Create & Manage Teams

Updated over 6 months ago

One of the coolest features of our online platform is that you can team up with other people to hold them accountable. And with the Teams Scoreboard, you can see everyone at a glance! Click here to create and manage teams.

Here are the benefits of teams:

  • You can create and join unlimited teams.

  • You can hold unlimited people accountable.

  • You can track sales activities, submissions, and video progress of others.

How to create teams

You can create new teams by clicking on "Account" in the top navigation, then click on "Teams." From here you will see two sections: "Teams You Manage" and "Teams You Join."

To create a new team, click on the "+ Create Team" button. A modal will appear allowing you to enter a team name. Enter a name and click save to have the new team added to the list of teams you manage.

Now that you have a team, you can see the team code that a user can use to join your team, see all of the members in the team, send invites to a specific user's email, edit the name of the team, or delete the team altogether.

How to Add or Invite Team Members

To add new team members to a team, you can do two things:

  1. Send them your team code that they can use to join your team. You can copy this code next to the team name in the team management page (Account > Teams) .

  2. Send them an invite to join your team. You can do this by clicking on the "Send Invite" button. A modal will appear asking for an email address to send the invite to and which program signup link that you would like to provide in case that user is not part of the 90-Day Sales platform.

How to Manage Team Members

You can manage team members and their permissions, settings, and preferences from the Team Member screen. You can access this screen by going to the team in the Team Management page (Account > Teams), clicking on the "Members" button, and then clicking on "Edit" next to any team member.

Here are some things you can edit:

  • Hide from Scoreboard: hides the team member from the Team Member Scoreboard.

  • Is a Manager: promotes the team member to a manager/owner or the team.

  • Send Daily Completion Emails to Manager: sends a daily report to all managers with a list of what activities you accomplished the day before.

  • Send Weekly Player Report Emails to Manager: send a report to all managers on Monday mornings details activities from the week before.

  • Include on Weekly Roster Report Emails to Manager: includes the team member on a report that is sent to all managers on Monday mornings that shows activities for all team members for the previous week.

How to Create a Custom Code

At this time, you cannot create a custom code since each code needs to be unique.

And that's how you create and manage teams.
