Updated over 6 months ago

The Touch Tracker (located on the Scoreboard page) is a way to track the exact type of touches that you recorded through adding activities in a given week. Click here to go to your Touch Tracker.

Types of Touches

These are the types of "touches" that you can track when you record an activity:

  • Event

  • Face-to-Face

  • Phone Call (Inbound)

  • Phone Call (Outbound)

  • Video Call

  • Email

  • Gift/Card

  • Social Media

  • Text

  • Voicemail

1.Quick Add a Touch Type to an Activity

You can quickly add a specific touch to an activity by clicking on the "+" icon next to any touch type. A modal will appear after entering the details click "save" for adding an activity with the touch type already selected.

2.View Activities for a Touch Type

You can quickly view all activities for a touch type in a given week by clicking on the Progress Bar. A modal will appear displaying all of the activities that were added in a given week for that touch type.

3.Show Activities for a Different Week

You can change the activity history tracker to show activities for a previous week by using the date filter directly above the list. After you've selected a date, click on "Filter." The entire Scoreboard will update with activities from the week that was selected.
