How to Manage Smart Lists & Tags?

Updated over 2 months ago

One of the most powerful features of any CRM is the ability to segment and organize your contacts using lists and tags. Within Accountable CRM, you can easily do this using Smart Lists.

Managing Smart Lists

Smart Lists allow you to create custom filtered views of your contacts, helping you stay focused on specific groups like pre-approvals, referrals, or hot leads. To access your lists, click on the "Contacts" tab and filter the contacts you want to include in the list.

  1. To create a new list, click the "..." in the contact table. A modal popup will appear allowing you to enter the name for your list. Once you are ready, click on the "Save" button to see your new list.

  2. The smart list will automatically expand and display all the records under the new smart list.

  3. Click the three dots, and from the dropdown menu, you can update, rename, or delete the list you created.

Managing Tags

  1. In order to access your tags, click on the "Profile" icon, and then click on "Tags." From here, you will be presented with all of your tags (if you have created any already).

  2. To create a new tag, click the "+ New Tag" in the top-right. A modal will appear allowing you to enter the name for your tag. Once you are ready, click on the "Save" button to see your new tag.

  3. And the created name will be displayed in the table, And it shows the contacts count, Type and created date. And type based on the creation of the tag.

  4. To edit an existing tag, click the "pencil" icon next to the tag. A modal will appear allowing you to update the name of your tag. Once you are ready, click on the "Save" button to see your updated tag. To delete a tag, click the red "x" icon next to the tag. An alert will appear asking if you would like to delete the tag permanently. Click "Ok" to delete the tag or "Cancel" to stop the cancel process.

And that's how you manage your lists and tags.
