As a manager, you get special access to follow your team's progress. Additionally, you still get full access to our platform just like an everyday user.
If you are going through the program WITH your team then follow the bootcamp curriculum just like a normal user. This includes adding LIVE training dates to your calendar and completing the onboarding checklist. Many managers are also recruiters or producing managers and want to use our SaaS / CRM for their personal database and sales accountability.
If you ONLY want manager dashboard access to follow your team's progress then reach out to us and we'll manually bypass the platform onboarding. You will retain full platform access, but the feature you'll want to use is to follow your team(s) progress.
Manager Dashboard (Accessing Your Team's Scoreboard)
Click on Scoreboard < My Teams
In order to access each individual person's scoreboard with the actual names of the people they are talking then each participant on your team will need to turn on "Can see my scoreboard access."
We have the names on each individual participants scoreboard "hidden" for many reasons including compliance.
Step by Step Instructions:
Click on Scoreboard tab and select my teams
In the far right column under your name click the "..." and select "edit"
Turn "on" your "can see my scoreboard details."
Send the participants this article on how to turn on so that you can see the actual names of the people they are talking to. If you don't need to see the names then nothing is needed on their end.
