Accessing Your Custom Category Benchmarks:

To access your Custom Category Benchmarks and unlock a world of personalized notifications, follow these steps:

In order to access your Custom Category Benchmarks Notification, click on the "Selling" tab, and then click on "Category Benchmarks" From here, you will be presented with all of your benchmarks. This will take you to the section where you can manage your contact-related features.

Select "Category Benchmarks":

Within the "Admin" tab, find and click on the "AI Benchmarks" option. You will be presented with a comprehensive list of your existing benchmarks.

Creating Custom Notifications:

Now that you have accessed the Category Benchmarks, it's time to create custom notifications tailored to your specific needs. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Click "Add Benchmarks": On the Category Benchmarks page, locate the "Add Benchmarks" button and click on it. This will initiate the creation process for a new custom notification.

  2. Provide Benchmarks Name: Give your custom notification a descriptive name that accurately represents its purpose or content. This name will help you identify and manage your benchmarks effectively.

  3. Set Suggestion Interval: Determine the frequency at which you want the suggestions to be sent to your contacts. Specify the number of days between each suggestion to strike the right balance.

  4. Suggestion Message: Customize the suggestion message that will be sent to your contacts. Utilize AI analysis of user data to provide personalized recommendations, offers, or content based on their preferences, behaviors, and demographics.

  5. Configure Alert Notification Message: Tailor the alert notification message that will be displayed to your contacts when they receive a suggestion. Make it engaging and attention-grabbing to encourage interaction.

  6. Select Category for the Custom Notification: Choose the appropriate category for which you want to set this custom notification benchmark. This ensures that the suggestions are relevant to the specific category of contacts.

Save Your Custom Category Benchmark: After filling in all the necessary details, click the "Save" button to create your custom AI suggestion notification benchmark successfully.

Managing and Modifying Benchmarks:

Once you have set up your custom Category Benchmarks, you may need to manage and modify them over time. Here's how you can do that:

  1. Adjust Execution Order: To change the execution order of your benchmarks, simply drag and drop them to rearrange their positions. This allows you to prioritize certain suggestions over others.

  2. Edit Benchmark Details: If you need to update the suggestion or notification message for a benchmark, click on the edit button located in the corresponding row. Make the necessary changes and save your updates.

Deleting or Disabling Benchmarks:

If you no longer require a specific benchmark or want to temporarily disable it, follow these steps:

  1. Disable a Benchmark: To temporarily deactivate a benchmark, locate the toggle button associated with it and switch it off. This puts the suggestion on hold without deleting it.

  2. Delete a Benchmark: If you want to remove a benchmark permanently, click the delete button associated with it. Confirm the deletion when prompted, and the benchmark will be removed from your list.
