How To Use The Coach On Call

  1. Throughout your journey in our program, questions may arise, whether they're about the program or technical issues. That's where our Coach on Call comes in handy.

  2. In the left corner, you can easily find the "Coach on Call" button.

  3. Once you click on the Coach on Call button, you'll be greeted with options like basic steps to start Accountable, ask a question, search for help using keywords, or browse through categories of articles.

  4. Need immediate assistance or feeling stuck? Click "Ask a Question," and our team will promptly respond to your inquiry.

  5. Check the messages button to review your past conversations with our support team.

  6. Click the task button to complete the 5 basic steps for smooth onboarding to the Accountable.

  7. Click the help button to use our search feature and easily access our articles in specific categories.
