Getting Started with Your Company Admin in Accountable CRM

Welcome to Accountable CRM! The Company Admin section is the control center for managing your mortgage department's settings, permissions, and resources. This article will guide you through the key features and steps to get started.


1. Accessing Your Company Admin

To access the Company Admin section:

  • Log in to your Accountable CRM account.

  • Click on the Admin tab in the top navigation menu.


2. User Permissions Management

Easily control access for your team to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the “User Permissions” section:

    • Add or remove users.

    • Assign roles (e.g., Loan Officer, Manager, Marketing Admin).

  2. Impersonator

    • Under the "users" feature is where you can "impersonate" as the user profile to view their platform as if you were them.


3. Importing Global Contacts

If you are manually importing contacts this is where you'll do so. We recommend meeting with your account executive for this task.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Import tab in your Company Admin.

  2. Select Import Contacts.

  3. Upload your CSV file:

    • Ensure your file includes fields like Name, Email, Phone Number, and Contact Type.

    • Map your fields to match the system prompts.

    • Assign to the loan officer by using the loan officers email address. They must be in our system, using the exact same email, for the contact to be assigned to their account.

  4. Review the data and confirm the import.


4. Marketing Center for Email Templates & Automations

Tailor your marketing suite to align with your mortgage department’s branding. This is where you turn on/off our "out of the box" email templates and automations. You can also create your own email templates and automations.

Email Templates

Email templates are reusable, branded email formats designed for quick, consistent communication.

Steps:

  1. Visit the Marketing Email Templates section in Company Admin.

  2. Review our "out of the box" email templates and turn "on" templates that you approve.

  3. Create your own custom email templates.

  4. Turn "on" approved versions for your loan officers to access.

Email Automations

Email automations send emails automatically based on specific triggers or schedules to help streamline communication. Tasks like lead nurturing, loan status updates, past client engagement and milestones like birthdays and anniversaries can all be automated.

Steps:

  1. Visit the Marketing Email Automations Templates section in Company Admin.

  2. Review our "out of the box" email automations and turn "on" automations that you approve.

  3. Create your own custom email automations.

  4. Save approved automations for your loan officers to access.

  • Contacts: View all contacts for your entire mortgage department.

  • Integrations: View LOS / POS / PPE and other tech stacks attached to your account.
