Steps To Import Transactions:
In the top navigation bar, select the Admin tab.
In the company’s page, select the Imports tile to navigate to the Import page. In the Import page select "Import Transactions."
On the Import Transactions page, download the CSV template and enter the required details. Ensure that the CSV includes a separate column named "Loan Officer's Email Address" and populate it with the Loan Officer's email addresses. Only then will the transactions be added to the respective user.
Click on Select CSV to Upload to upload the file.
You will see a list of field names on the left, representing fields in the system, and drop-down menus on the right for loan officers, which correspond to the columns in the CSV. The column headers are automatically matched to the fields, but if they are not, match the column headers manually. Once all fields are matched, click Next to proceed to the loan details section.
In the loan details section, ensure the fields are matched correctly, then click Next to proceed to the borrowers section.
In the Borrowers section, match the columns. You will notice that the company custom fields are displayed on the page.
Then, click Next to proceed to the Real Estate section.
In the real estate section, match the columns, verify that all fields are matched correctly, and finally click Finish Importing.
And your transactions will be successfully imported to the Company's respective LO's, If you want to upload more click "Upload More Transactions"
Once the process is complete, the borrower will be created as a new contact in the LO’s account. On the separate contact page, you can find the transactions and real estate details.
