One of the most effective ways to do this is by adding your logo to your profile.   • Dark Mode: White logos can blend into dark backgrounds, making them nearly invisible.

  • Light Mode: Black logos may become indistinguishable against light backgrounds.

This is why using a logo with an outline is a smart choice. It enhances visibility and maintains brand consistency across different display modes.

  1. Use a Logo with an Outline

    • Why? Logos with an outline create a contrast that helps them stand out against both light and dark backgrounds. This ensures your brand is recognizable regardless of the viewer’s display settings.

    • Tip: If your primary logo color is white or black, add a contrasting outline. For example, a white logo with a black outline or vice versa.

  2. Choose the Right File Format

    • Use high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background. This format preserves the outline and ensures the logo looks crisp on all devices.

  3. Maintain Consistency in Size and Placement

    • Keep your logo size consistent to maintain a professional look. In Accountable, the recommended dimensions are 200x200 pixels for optimal display.

How to Add Your Logo in Accountable CRM

  1. In the top navigation click the profile picture and select account.

  2. In the Personal Info you can access your profile settings.

  3. Under Profile Picture, click Upload Logo.

  4. Select your logo file (preferably a PNG with an outline for best results). Adjust the placement and size as needed. Click Upload to upload the logo.

  5. Scroll down the page and click Save to update your logo.
