How to setup your profile?

Setting up your profile is the first step to unlocking the full potential of your CRM experience. A complete and accurate profile ensures seamless integration with our tools.


Steps to Set Up Your Profile:

  1. Once you log in, go to the top navigation bar. In the top-right corner, click on your profile picture and select your account from the dropdown.

  2. The first step is to add your professional headshot and your company logo.

  3. Check that your name fields are correct. Enter your full name and fill in all the relevant details in the provided fields.

  4. In the license number field, make sure to enter your license number in the correct format, such as NMLS#1234567.

  5. If you have additional licenses in other states, you can easily add them here.

  6. Enter your biography, website, review link and social media URLs in the appropriate fields.

  7. Finally, click Save to save your details.

  8. Marketing Suite: The information used in your profile fields is integrated with our marketing suite and will be used on flyers, postcards, and social media graphics. So it's best to set it up right from the very beginning. This includes your preferred headshot and company logo.
