One of our favorite (and proprietary) features inside Accountable is our weekly vision board. With the Vision Board, you can proactively plan your people, not just your tasks. This is your sales targeting dashboard for the week.
What it is:
Unlike traditional vision boards filled with images of houses or money, the Accountable Vision Board helps you map out exactly who you want to contact each day. Whether you’re targeting 10 or 50 people, this is your weekly playbook.
80% of your week should be planned prior to Monday. The other 20% is for the things that don't go as planned.
Planning Tip — Follow Theme Days
Day | Focus (for Loan Officers) |
Monday | Real Estate Agents |
Tuesday | Loan Status Updates |
Wednesday | Past Clients |
Thursday | Other B2B Referral Partners |
Friday | Flex Day |
Fill Out Your Vision Board (Before Monday):
Review last week’s calendar: Add new leads, follow-ups, and connections.
Look ahead: Add next week’s appointments and leverage events.
Add active referral partners: They should always have a spot.
Then—drag, drop, and plan with purpose.
How to Use Your Accountable Vision Board
Drag-and-Drop Simplicity:
If your contacts are in selling categories, just drag their names into your vision board for the appropriate category.Contacts Not Categorized Yet?
No problem. Weekly planning becomes a system to clean up and organize your database by selling system category as you go.Gamification:
When you log an activity for someone, their name turns green. On Friday, glance at your board—if it’s not green, it’s a reminder to follow up with that person.Pro Tip – Duplicating the Board:
After the first week, simply duplicate your vision board weekly and make updates. The more consistent you are, the easier it gets.
