How To Create Tags:

Follow these simple steps to create, edit, and manage tags effectively.

Step 1: Access the Tags Section

  1. Click on your Profile Image in the top-right corner of the CRM dashboard.

  2. Select "Tags" from the dropdown menu. This will open the tags management page.

Step 2: Creating a New Tag

  1. Click the "+ New Tag" button located in the top-right corner.

  2. A pop-up modal will appear where you can enter a name for your new tag.

  3. Click "Save" to finalize the creation of your tag. Your new tag will now appear in the tag list.

Step 3: Viewing & Managing Tags

  • The Tags Table displays all existing tags along with:

    • Contact count (number of contacts assigned to each tag)

    • Tag type

    • Date of creation

Step 4: Editing or Deleting a Tag

  • To edit a tag, click the pencil (โœ๏ธ) icon next to the tag and update its details.

  • To delete a tag, click the trash (๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ) icon next to the tag.
