How To Use The 100-Touch Challenge

Updated over 2 years ago
  1. Set a Date: Choose a day that works best for you, preferably the last Friday of every month, to do the 100 Touch Challenge.

  2. Choose Your Targets: Make a list of the 100 people you want to reach out to. These should be active people in your database, such as clients, prospects, referral partners, and potential new business. You can break down the 100 contacts into smaller segments, such as 25 texts, 25 emails, 25 phone calls, and 25 social media messages.

  3. Prepare Yourself: Get a good night's sleep the night before and wake up early on the day of the challenge. Eat a good breakfast, work out, and mentally prepare yourself for the challenge ahead. Plan ahead for lunch and avoid any potential distractions during the day.

  4. Focus on Your Energy: Remember, people can pick up on your energy, so make sure you have high energy, confidence, and clarity when you start making your calls. Be positive and have fun with it.

  5. Use the Flow State: As you start making your calls, focus on getting into a flow state. This is a state of mind where you become more productive and things seem to come easier to you. Start with one call, and let that lead to others.

  6. Use Triggers: Listen carefully to your conversations, and look for opportunities to trigger additional calls. For example, a referral partner may mention another person's name, which could be an opportunity for you to call that person as well.

  7. Reward Yourself: Once you have completed the challenge, reward yourself for your hard work. This could be something as simple as going to a high-rise building to feel inspired, or doing something else that you enjoy.

Remember, the 100 Touch Challenge is not just about making 100 calls, it's about reaching out to people in your database and building relationships. By doing this challenge regularly, you can improve your sales skills, get into a flow state, and ultimately become a top-producing salesperson.
