Jungo (Salesforce) integrates with 90-Day Sales via Zapier, allowing you to do all sorts of automation between these two tools.
Before you begin, be sure that you've created your Zapier account and connected your 90-Day Sales account.
Step 1: Create a Category Field
Inside Jungo (Salesforce), you'll need to create a Category Field with values that map to each of our selling system categories. This allows new contacts in Jungo (Salesforce) to be synced to the correct selling system category in 90-Day Sales.
Inside Jungo (Salesforce), click the Gear icon in the top navigation, followed by Setup. Then click Objects and Fields in the left navigation.
Now click Object Manager.
Then find the Contact object record and click on the word Contact.
Next, click Fields & Relationships in the left-hand navigation.
Click New in the upper-right menu.
Fill out the New Custom Field form like this:
Field Label: "Category"
Values: "Enter values with each value separated by a new line"
Type each of our selling system categories followed by a new line (return)
Field Name: "ΛΛCategory"
Required: We recommend checking this box so that new contacts always map properly to your 90-Day Sales account, but it is entirely up to you. If you leave this unchecked, new contacts have the potential to be left "Uncategorized" in 90-Day Sales.
Click Next.
Leave everything defaulted and click Next.
Leave everything defaulted and click Next.
Step 2: Create a New Contact Trigger
Head on over to your 90-Day Sales account, click on the Account icon, and then click Integrations.
At the bottom, you'll see an area labeled Zapier.
If you're already logged in to Zapier, you'll see a Create Zap button. Click this button.
A popup will appear.
In the Trigger section, search for "Salesforce."
In the Event sub-section, choose "New Record."
In the Account sub-section, click the Sign In button to begin connecting your Jungo (Salesforce) account.
A popup will appear asking which Salesforce Environment you want to use. In most cases, you'll want to use your "production" environment. Then, click Yes, Continue to Salesforce.
From there, you'll be prompted to sign in to your Salesforce account.
After signing in, the popup will ask for you to Allow Access.
Click Allow.
The popup will close.
Then, click Continue.
In the Trigger sub-section, under Salesforce Objects, choose Contact.
Click Continue.
In the Test sub-section, follow the remaining prompts to select a test record and test out your trigger.
Trigger setup complete!
Step 3: Setup a Create or Update Contact Action
In the Action section, search for "90-Day Sales."
Choose the Create or Update Contact option for the Event.
In the Action sub-section, map your fields from Jungo (Salesforce) to 90-Day Sales.
Be sure to also set the Category field to the Category field that you created in Jungo (Salesforce).
Scroll down and click Continue.
In the Test sub-section, follow the remaining prompts to select a test record and test out your trigger.
Don't forget to click the Publish button.
Step 4: Testing
Let's test that everything worked.
Go into Jungo (Salesforce) and create a new contact.
If all went well, you should see your new contact inside of 90-Day Sales.
