Setup Your Profile and Email Signature
Setting up your profile is one of the most important steps to ensure your branding is consistent across all marketing materials. This information connects directly with our system to automatically populate flyers, email signatures, postcards, and social media content.
Access Your Profile Settings
Click your profile image in the upper-right corner of the screen.Update Your Details
Fill in your full name, job title, company name, and contact information.Add a Professional Headshot
Upload a clear, professional photo that will be used on all branded materials.Enter Licensing Information
Type your NMLS # in the appropriate field (not just in text).
If you’re licensed in multiple states, list them accordingly.
Make sure your job title matches your official position.
Upload Your Company Logo (Optional)
Add your organization’s logo to ensure your branding stays consistent.

Step 1: Set Your Sales Goal
Our KPI calculator will automatically set your goals on the “KPI” section of your Top Navigation bar. Note that you can always edit this later from the scoreboard page.
Step 2: Import Contacts
We recommend exporting contacts from your existing CRM first. If you don’t have an existing CRM then we hope you have a working database saved somewhere and can easily put into an excel spreadsheet.
Organize your database into two different lists in excel (or CSV):
Past Clients (B2C)
Referral Partners (B2B)
When uploading your past client (B2C) list assign them in the category of "promoters" and assign your referral partner (B2B) list as "help list." *This step is important.
Note that to import your database you need to save it as a CSV file. Once you import simply match up your fields (name, email, phone, etc.) with our fields as best you can. Note that below your import fields is where you can assign the selling system categories as "promoters" or "help list."
