Getting Started | Production Tracker

Updated this week

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are essential tools that help measure the effectiveness of your sales efforts. They provide clear, actionable insights into how well you're progressing toward your goals—and where you can improve.

Monitoring KPIs allows for a more predictable and productive sales process. For example, if you consistently generate a certain number of qualified leads, you can reasonably forecast how many of those will convert to closed deals.

At Accountable CRM, we use a 90-day cycle to help you track, refine, and improve your performance. Over each cycle, you’ll build momentum by improving your pitch, targeting the right markets, and following up effectively.

Here are the steps to update the Production Tracker:

Default View: The Production Tracker is set to a monthly view. For broader insight, users should switch to the “Quarter” view to capture a full range of recent transactions.

  1. The Production Tracker (located in the top-right section of your scoreboard page) is a way to track your production (in dollars) for the current year, quarter, and month. It currently tracking transactions with a loan status of "Funded"

  2. By Clicking on the Edit Icon in the Production Tracker you can update your sales Goals. Once you enter the required fields, It automatically calculates the sales and appointments for different time intervals.

  3. You can toggle the button to turn off the automatic calculation and you can enter the sales and appointments manually.

  4. Then You can increase the production tracker numbers by creating a new transaction or adding an activity with a transaction attached to it. Then, select the loan status as "Funded" for the production tracker to calculate it.

  5. And click the eye icon to check the closed sales deals.

Some basic questions you'll need to know in order to get setup:

  • What revenue do you want to generate?

  • What is your average commission per sale?
