KPI Tracker:
A monthly KPI tracker serves as a valuable tool for monitoring and evaluating performance against predefined metrics and goals within a specific time frame. Pipeline: Tracking leads versus Transaction goals by comparing the total lead amount to the Transaction goal amount.
Volume: Monitoring Transactions versus Transaction goals by comparing the total sales amount to the sales goal amount.
Value: Tracking Transactions versus Transaction goals by comparing the total number of sales to the required Transaction goal.
In the Donut Chart section, you can see three processes:
Pre-Process
In-Process
Post-Process
In the Pre-Process, we track New contacts, Initial contacts, and New leads.
In the In-Process, we track the Appointment set, Appointment conducted, and Pulled credit.
