  • First Meeting = Help List

  • In-Process = Fight Club

  • Closing Table = New Client

  • Past Client = Promoter

Real Estate Agents:

  • Never formerly met = Help List

  • Met but no referrals yet = Fight Club

  • First Referral = New Client

  • Ongoing referrals = Promoter

Other Business to Business (B2B) = Connectors

  • Examples: Financial Advisors, Divorce Attorneys, Accountants, Title, Insurance, Etc

Someday = agents or borrowers who are 6+ months out from doing business with you.

Climbers = B2B or B2C you want to help mentor.

Aspirational = Big time people or accounts such as builders or human resource departments.
