How To Use The Pre-Approval KPI Tracker?

What is Pre-Approval KPI Tracker?

We track the activity data who select the Pre-Approval check box while creating contact activity.


How to Set Goal for Pre-Approval:

  1. In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.

  2. Scroll down the page, you will find the Pre-Approval Card.

  3. Set a goal for Pre-Approval simply you can click on the set goal button in the top of the KPI page, and add your goals there.

  4. Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Pre-Approval box. Click the edit icon to edit the goals of Pre-Approval.

How to create Pre-Approval:

  1. Click the Quick Action button from bottom of the left.

  2. Select the “Activity” option.

  3. In contact activity, select any option for how to interact. You need to select the Pre-Approval check box. Choose the Contact or Create Contact and click the save button.

  4. And the data comes live to the Pre-Approval box. Click the Pre-Approval box to check the data.
