How To Use Application KPI Tracker?

What is the Application?

We track the activity data who select the application check box while creating

contact activity.

How to Set Goals for Application:

  1. In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.

  2. Scroll down the page, you will find the Application Card.

  3. Set a goal for Application simply you can click on the set goal button in the top of the KPI page, and add your goals there.

  4. Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Application box. Click the edit icon to edit the goals of Application.

How to create Application:

  1. Click the Quick Action button from bottom of the left.

  2. Select the “Activity” option.

  3. In contact activity, select any option for how to interact. You need to select the Application check box. Choose the Contact or Create Contact and click the save button.

  4. And the data comes live to the Application box. Click the application box to check the data.
