The Global Email Template in Accountable is a powerful tool designed to streamline email marketing campaigns for both company and non-company users. It ensures consistency across communications while maintaining flexibility for administrative control.
Steps to use global email templates:
Log in as an Admin and click on the "Admin" tab in the top navigation bar.
On the Admin page, click the "Marketing" tile.
You will be redirected to a new page. Click on the "Email Template" tile.
Click the "Create New Template" button.
Enter the Template Name, toggle the status to Active, and click Save.
You will be redirected to the Global Email Template Builder page, where you can configure the template's content.
Toggle the status button in the top-right corner from Inactive to Active, then click Save Template.
The Global Email Template will appear on the Marketing > Email Template page for non-company users. They can view and send campaigns using the Global Email Template but cannot edit or delete it.
If non-company users do not want the Global Email Template to appear in campaign forms or automations, they can toggle the status button from On to Off.
The Global Email Template will also be visible to the company. Company Admins can toggle the Global Email Template On or Off for the company. If toggled Off, it will not be visible to company users. Only the Company Admin has the authority to decide whether it should be visible to company users.
If a Company User has Edit permissions within the company, they can toggle the Global Email Template On or Off. Without these permissions, Company Users cannot make changes.
Only Super Admin users can create, edit, or delete Global Email Templates. If a Super Admin toggles the Global Email Template Off, it will not appear on the Marketing > Email Template page for either company or non-company users.
To view an Email Template, click the Eye icon. To edit, click the Pencil icon. To clone, click the Copy icon. To delete, click the Trash icon.
