Global email templates in our CRM are created exclusively by admin users, ensuring consistency and quality across all communications. Once activated, these templates become available to all users, who can view and utilize them for their emails. However, only admin users have the ability to edit or delete these templates, maintaining strict control over their content and usage.
Steps To add the Global Email Template:
Click on the "Admin" tab in the top navigation bar.
Click on the "Marketing" tile.
You will be redirected to a new page where you should click on the "Email Template" tile.
Click the "Create New Template" button.
Enter the "Template Name," activate the "Is Active" toggle, and then click "Save."
You will be redirected to the Template Builder page, where you can enter content for the template. Once done, click the "Save Template" button.
The template will now be visible to all users, who can only view and use the template, but cannot edit or delete it.
To deactivate the template, switch the "Is Active" toggle to "Inactive."
The global email template will no longer be visible to users when deactivated.
To view the global template, click the "Eye" icon. To edit the template, click the "Pencil" icon. And To clone the template, click the "Copy" icon. To delete the global template, click the "Trash" icon.
