Creating email templates is essential for maintaining brand consistency and efficiency. Templates ensure that all communications have a professional and uniform appearance, saving time and effort. They also allow for personalized and targeted messaging, enhancing engagement and effectiveness. By using templates, you reinforce brand recognition and streamline your email marketing efforts, making your campaigns more impactful.
As a Super Admin, you have the ability to create and manage email templates within your company using the email template editor. You can view, edit, clone, and delete these templates, while company users only have view access.
Steps to Use and Create Company Email Templates:
Click on the "Admin" tab, then select "Super Admin" from the dropdown menu. You will be presented with a list of all your segments.
Navigate to the companies page by clicking on the "Companies" tile. This will take you to the list of companies.
To create a new company, click the "+ Add Company" button in the top-right corner. A modal will appear where you can enter the company's name, set the location limit, user limit, and toggle the company's active or inactive status. Click "Save" to add your new company.
Click on the newly created company, which will redirect you to the company's tiles, including "Users," "Locations," and "Marketing." And select the "Marketing" tile to go to the marketing segments page, where you will find the "Email Templates" section.
Click on the "Email Templates" tile to access the email template list page.
On the email template list page, click the "Create New Template" button in the top-right corner.
A modal will pop up where you need to enter the template name. The template name is required and must be unique. And click "Save" button.
After clicking "Save," you will be redirected to the email template builder page. Design your template as desired. Once you have finished designing, enter the subject line in the editor and click "Save Template" to save your changes.
To return to the email template list page, click the "Back" button located next to the "Save Template" button in the builder page .
To view a created template, click the eye icon next to the template.
To edit a created template, click the pencil icon, which will redirect you to the email template builder page.
To clone a created template, click the copy icon. A modal will appear with the selected email template's name plus "Copy" added to it. You can edit the name if desired. Click "Save" to create the cloned template.
To delete a template, click the delete icon. A confirmation message will appear. Confirm the deletion to remove the email template.
