We encourage users to add their sales activities to their Scoreboard each day. Activities allow you track your leads and clients through the selling process and beyond. Also, you can see each contact's activity history on their individual contact record. Click here to go to your Prospecting Page.
From the Scoreboard:
Click on the "+" button or click on any of the selling categories. You can input multiple names at a time as long as the type of activity is the same such as inputting all outbound emails at once.
A modal will appear that will allow you to pick or add a contact, select a selling category, select how you made contact, any outcomes that came from the meeting, record any sales, add any referrals that you received, and who referred the contact to you.
Once you are done, click "Save" and your new activity will be created.
From the Quick Action™ button:
If you aren't familiar with the Quick Action™ button, it is the big "+" button at the bottom left of the screen while in the platform. Click on this button to see all of the available options.
Click on "Activity" within the Quick Action™ button. A modal will appear that will allow you to pick or add a contact, select a selling category, select how you made contact, any outcomes that came from the meeting, record any sales, add any referrals that you received, and who referred the contact to you.
Once you are done, click "Save" and your new activity will be created.
