How to use the Prospecting Tracker?

What is the Prospecting Tracker?

The Prospecting Tracker is your essential tool for managing daily sales and marketing activities. It provides real-time tracking of your outreach efforts, ensuring accountability and consistency in your prospecting.

Getting Started

  1. Access the Tracker:

    • Log in to your Accountable CRM dashboard.

    • Navigate to the Prospecting tab.

  2. Understanding the Dashboard:

    • The top section displays your Day Tracker (current day in the quarter) and your Prospecting Completion Percentage.

    • You can view data daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly by selecting the corresponding filter.

Tracking Your Prospecting Activities

  1. Identify Key Categories:

    • Help List / Fight Club → New Business Conversions (Recommended: 5 per day)

    • New Clients / Promoters / Advocates → Key Relationships (Recommended: 3 per day)

    • Connectors → B2B Referral Partners (Recommended: 1 per day)

    • Other → Future Opportunities (Recommended: 1 per day)

  2. Adding an Activity:

    • Click the grey box under the appropriate category.

    • A pop-up window will appear.

    • Enter the required details, including:

      • Type (Call, Email, Marketing, Meeting, etc.)

      • Date of interaction

      • Method (In-person, Virtual, Phone, etc.)

      • Outcome (Follow-up, Closed Deal, etc.)

    • Click Save to log your activity.

Customize Your Benchmarks:

  1. The number beside the category is the recommended number of activities per day.

  2. Easily customize your Prospecting benchmarks! Simply click on the number and enter the numbers for your desired activities. And the numbers will be updated on the Prospecting Dashboard.

Quick Add an Activity:

  1. If you would like to add activity in prospecting just click the grey box

  2. Then fill in the required details in the model pop-up and hit save.

  3. It will reflect on the Prospecting cards.

Viewing & Managing Activities

Viewing Past Activities

  1. Use the date filter above the tracker.

  2. Select a specific date or week.

  3. Click Filter to refresh the data.

  4. Your Scoreboard will update with activities from the selected time frame.

Removing an Activity

  1. Click the close button (X) next to an activity.

  2. Confirm removal when prompted.
