How to Create an Activity

We encourage users to add their sales activities to their Scoreboard each day. Activities allow you to record your daily sales touches and even add a new contact from this feature. This is important for many reasons, but mainly so that our system provides you daily follow-up suggestions based on where your contacts are in the sales cycle through our patented selling system. Also, you can see each contact's activity history on their individual contact record.

Here are the steps to create an activity:

  1. Click on the Quick Action™ button, it is the big "+" button at the bottom left of the screen on the platform. Click on this button to see all of the available options.

  2. Click on "Activity" within the Quick Action™ button.

  3. A modal popup will appear and just select how you made contact, any outcomes that came from the meeting, record any sales, add any referrals that you received, and who referred the contact to you.

  4. You can either choose an existing contact or add a new contact. Note that all contacts must be assigned to a selling category to save the activity. If a contact already exists but you'd like to update their contact information then click the edit button (pencil icon).

  5. Once you are done, click "Save" and your new activity will be created.
