How to Create Tasks?

Do you ever have a list of things to do each day but don't have a good place to jot them down? We created tasks to help you accomplish this! Click here to create a task.

From the Sales Dashboard™:

  1. Once you are logged in to the platform, click "Follow-Ups" in the top navigation.

  2. From here, you will see Suggestions, Follow-ups, Tasks, and Milestones in the top left corner and click "Tasks."

  3. In the Tasks column, click the "+" icon. A modal will appear that will allow you to add a time, date, Title, and a quick note about what your task is.

  4. If you don't want to set a timeline for the tasks, just click on "No Due Date."

  5. Once you are done, click "Save" and your new task will be added to the Tasks Dashboard.

  6. And the Tasks will notify you through the Global Notification in the top navigation bar.

  7. Now Here, You can do two things. Click the complete icon to mark as completed. And click the pencil icon to edit the Tasks.

  8. You can click the filter above the tasks dashboard to check the details of future tasks.

From the Quick Action™ button:

  1. If you aren't familiar with the Quick Action™ button, it is the big "+" button at the bottom left of the screen while on the platform. Click on this button to see all of the available options. Click on "Task" within the Quick Action button.

  2. A modal will appear that will allow you to add a time, date, Title, and a quick note about what your task is. Once you are done, click "Save" and your new task will be added to the Sales Dashboard.
