What is a Weekly Mental Map?

The weekly mental map has you thinking about what is your number one activity (priority) going into the week. In the center block you will write down your dominant focus (your big rock) for the week. In the boxes around it you will write down the actions that you will need to take to achieve your dominant focus.

The Content Creation is where you create content to share on social media, blog, video, article, etc.
