It's the first Friday of the program which means... it's time for the Friday Four!

There are four BASIC actions I do each Friday. These simple activities can make a HUGE difference in your business...

Two activities are a review from the current week and two activities are in preparation for the week ahead.

Friday Activity #1: Look at your weekly vision board coming into the week. Are there any people that were on your vision board that you haven't reached out to yet? In the 90-Day Sales Manager system, your vision board is a list of names tied to our proactive prospecting system that you proactively target and reach out to.

Friday Activity #2: Make sure you've connected with any new leads that came in this week. Send a thank you message to the referral source also. Be sure to update their contact info in your CRM and set a follow-up reminder.

Friday Activity #3: Look ahead to next week's pre-set appointments. Proactively reach out to "hype" up the meeting (not confirm it). Doing so will drastically reduce the likelihood of them wanting to bail on you last minute.

Tip: Don't just "check in" and confirm next week's meeting but rather build excitement for it!

Friday Activity #4: Have any events on the calendar for next week? If so, leverage them. In sales, we are always looking for permission to engage with people. Events are a great "excuse" to reach out to people and invite them to attend.

Showcase Events: There are 3 types of showcase events in our system. Speaking, networking, and advocate (or mini-advocate).
