Steps to Upload Contacts in Companies:
In the top navigation bar, select the Admin tab.
In the company’s page, select the Imports tile to navigate to the Import page.
On the Imports page, select "Import Contacts" — it will redirect you to the Contacts Import section.
In the Import Contacts page, you can download the CSV template based on your contact type (B2C or B2B), and enter the required details. Orelse In your CSV file, you must add the Email of the users within the company in Separate column named Assigned User Email. So that the imported contact will be created under that respective user. And then click on 'Select CSV to Upload.
Once your CSV has been uploaded, you will be presented with a list of field names on the left and drop-downs on the right. The fields on the left are the field names in our system. The drop-downs are column headers from your CSV. Simply match your column headers with our field names.
On the Company Custom Fields page, you can view the details of your custom fields, and you can also see them displayed here.
While importing the contacts if you want to overwrite the existing contacts, Enable the flag to Overwrite Existing Contact's Categories by matching existing contacts, based on email address.
Once you completed the process press "Finish Importing."
And your contact will be successfully imported to the respective user, If you want to upload more click "Upload More Contacts"
Now Login as the user and see whether the imported contact is created under the user.
