How to Create a Note?

Sometimes you need to jot down a quick note about a particular contact so you can remember it later. Our Accountable CRM allows you to do that.

From the Quick Action™ button:

  1. If you aren't familiar with the Quick Action™ button, it is the big "+" button at the bottom left of the screen while in the platform. Click on this button to see all of the available options.

  2. Click on "Note" within the Quick Action™ button. A modal will appear that will allow you to pick or create a new contact and add a note. Once you are done, click "Save"

  3. Your new note will be added to the contact. You can edit or delete the note here.
