How To Use The New Referrals

What is the New Referrals?

When a new referral contact joins your network, signifying a connection initiated by someone recommending another individual for your network, it is designated as a Referral Contact. The system seamlessly captures and tracks the relevant data associated with the referral in the records.

How to Set Goal for New Referrals:

  1. In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.

  2. Scroll down the page, you will find the New Referrals in the Pie Chart section under the Post Process.

  3. Set a goal for New Referrals simply you can click on the set goal button above the pie chart section, and add your goals there.

How to create New Referrals:

  1. Click the Quick Action button from bottom of the left.

  2. Select the “Contact” option.

  3. Create contact and Choose the lead source as "Referral". Choose or Add the Referrer of the contact. And hit the Save button.

  4. And the data comes to the New Referrals pie chart. Click the pie chart to check the data.
