What is the Follow-ups to Referrals?
In the Follow-ups to Referrals, monitor and record the activity data associated with follow-ups on referrals contact.
How to Set Goals for Follow-ups to Referrals:
In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.
Scroll down the page, you will find the Follow-ups to Referrals Card.
Set a goal for Follow-ups to Referrals simply you can click on the set goal button in the top of the KPI page, and add your goals there.
Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Follow-ups to Referrals box. Click the edit icon to edit the goals of Follow-ups to Referrals.
How to create Follow-ups to Referrals:
Click the Quick Action button from bottom of the left.
Select the “Contact Activity” option.
In the contact activity, Select any option for how to interact. Choose the Referral Contact and hit the Save button.
And the data comes to the Follow-ups to Referrals box. Click the follow-ups to referrals box to check the data.
