What is the Referral Partners Activity?

In the Referral Partners Activity, monitor and record the activity data of referral partners. ​

How to Set Goals for Referral Partners Activity:

In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.

Scroll down the page, you will find the Referral Partners Activity Card.

Set a goal for Referral Partners Activity simply you can click on the set goal button above the pie chart section, and add your goals there.

Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Referral Partners Activity box. Click the edit icon to edit the goals of the Referral Partners Activity

Click the Quick Action button from bottom of the left.

Select the “Contact Activity” option.

Select any option for how to interact. Choose the Referrer Contact and hit the Save button.

And the data comes to the Referral Partners Activity progress bar. Click the progress bar to check the data.
