Ability To Add Users To Company

Seamlessly oversee user assignments within your company using our user-friendly admin interface. Administrators can allocate individuals to various levels, ensuring each user is appropriately positioned for maximum collaboration and efficiency. This feature enhances team coordination, clarifies role responsibilities, and optimizes operations across the organization.

Steps to Add and Manage Users in Companies:

  1. To add users to companies, click on the "Admin" tab in the top navigation bar. It will directly redirect to the company dashboard page.

  2. To go to the company's user page, click on the user tile. This will take you to the company users list page.

  3. To add a user to a company, click "Create Bulk Users" in the top-right corner. A modal pop-up will appear. Select your CSV file and click "Upload" to add the users to the company.

  4. Ensure the headers match, enter the team code, and click "Finish Importing" to add the users to the company.
    ​

  5. To download the CSV template, click "Download CSV Template."

  6. If you want to make user as a company admin, simply toggle the button to active in the company's user list table.

  7. To impersonate a user, click the "Impersonate" icon. To remove a user from the company, click the "Trash" icon.
