How to send the Company Campaign?
Creating campaigns inside the company allows for targeted communication and centralized management, ensuring that messaging is relevant and consistent. It also provides access to detailed analytics for better decision-making and enhances coordination between departments. Additionally, it ensures compliance with internal policies and industry regulations while maintaining data security.
Steps To Create A Campaign:
Click on the "Admin" tab, in the top navigation bar.
Click the Company Tile section.
The desired company will be displayed in the table, click on it.
Click the Marketing Tile section.
Click the Campaign Tile section.
On the campaign page, click New Campaign at the upper right corner.
Enter your Campaign Name in the modal popup.
Choose the appropriate user type (company user, location user, or team user).
Specify if you want to Send as Specific Users Only or Exclude Specific Users.
Select the list you want to send your email to. Enter your email subject line and choose the email template you want to use.
To apply additional filters for your campaign, click "Add" button in the Filter Contacts To Send Email.
In the first field, you will see a list of all contact-related fields. For inputs like state, country, position, email, phone, and contact type, select the values based on the chosen user type (company user, location user, or team user).
In the second field, choose the conditions you want to apply.
In the third field, specify what you are looking for.
Click Filters and the plus icon to add another condition.
You can toggle between AND/OR conditions.
Add another input and click Add.
Click "Save" button to send the campaign.
On the Campaign page, In the Immediate List you can find your campaign. To view the status or report by clicking the Pie Chart icon. And Click the Clone icon to duplicate your campaign.
How Company Admin Can view Users Campaign Stats?
To view the campaign stats for users within the company, click the "User Campaigns" tab.
Under this tab, you will see a list of campaigns sent by company users, along with the respective user names displayed in the "User" column.
Click the chart icon to view the campaign stats for a specific user.
In the modal popup, you can view details such as the number of opens, requests, declines, spam counts, etc.
