Displaying email campaign metrics like requests, deliveries, clicks, and opens is essential for evaluating campaign effectiveness and ROI. These metrics help optimize future campaigns by providing insights into engagement levels and areas for improvement. They also support better segmentation and personalization, leading to more targeted communications. Accurate tracking of these metrics aids in compliance and troubleshooting, ultimately enhancing overall email marketing performance.
As a Super Admin, you have the ability to view and monitor all company users contact campaign metrics. As a regular user, you can view and monitor only your own contact campaign metrics.
Steps To View Campaign Metrics:
Click on the "Admin" tab in the top navigation bar.
In the company's tiles, Click the "Marketing" tile.
Then you will find the "Campaigns" section. And click the "Campaigns" title.
For each campaign has a Campaign Metrics icon. Click this icon to open a modal popup.
Inside the popup, you will find nine tiles: Requested, Delivered, Number of Opened, Number of Clicked, Bounced, Spam Reports, Deferred, Unsubscribes, and Dropped.
Click the detail view icon to see details such as campaign status, click and open counts, and failure reasons.
There is also a quick filter option for campaign status and an email-based filter available.
In the top-right corner of the page, click the Refresh button to view the latest campaign metric details.
In the top-right corner, click the Export CSV button to export the campaign metric details as a CSV file.
Near the status filter, there is a user-based filter. By default, it will display metrics for all users. To view metrics for a specific user, apply the filter to the selected user. Note that the user filter is visible only to Super Admins.
