Ability to add Automation for Company

Automation in the Accountable CRM process and system operates seamlessly to boost efficiency, allowing company users, location users, and team users to focus on strategic activities while maintaining high levels of customer engagement. This reduces the time spent on routine tasks and enhances the overall user experience.

Steps To Create Automation For Company:

  1. Click on the "Admin" tab, then select "Super Admin" from the dropdown menu. You will be presented with a list of all your segments.

  2. Select and click the Company Tile section.

  3. A list of companies will be displayed in the table. Choose the desired company and click on it.

  4. Click the Marketing Tile section.

  5. Click the Automation Tile section.

  6. In the Automation section, click New Automation to create a new automation.

  7. In the popup, enter a name for the automation and click Save.

  8. Click Add a Trigger to add a new trigger. After adding the trigger, click the Add button.

  9. Click the Plus icon to create an automation action. Select the desired option in the popup. For example, select Send Email to Contact, enter the details, and click Add.

  10. Click Save Automation in the top right corner.

  11. Turn on the inactive button to activate the automation.

  12. When a contact is tagged with "Peoples," it will trigger an automatic email to be sent to that contact.

  13. You can easily add another automation trigger by clicking Add Trigger.
