Ability To Add Company
Effortlessly manage and organize your company profiles with our intuitive admin panel. Admins can view, create, and edit company details, activating or deactivating companies as needed. Additionally, set user and location limits to ensure optimal organization and control.
Steps To Add A Company:
To access your companies, In the Top Navigation Bar click on the "Admin" tab, and then click on "Super Admin."
From here, you will see a list of all your segments. To go to the companies page, click on the companies tile. It will navigate to the companies list page.
To create a new company, click "+ Add Company" in the top-right corner. A modal pop-up will appear, allowing you to enter the company's name, set the location limit, user limit, and toggle the button to company's active status. Once you are ready, click the "Save" button to see your new company.
To edit an company, click the "pencil" icon next to the Is Active toggle. And To delete a company, click the "Trash" icon.
If you want to deactivate the company's status, simply toggle the active button to deactivate in the company list table.
Ability To Add Location
Easily manage and customize your companies locations with our user-friendly admin interface. Company locations help to manage and segment teams and users within a company, ensuring structured and efficient operations. Admins can create new locations, edit existing ones, and delete them as necessary. Additionally, they can set user and team limits to maintain effective oversight and organization.
Steps To Use And Create Locations:
In the Top Navigation Bar click on the "Admin" tab, and then click on "Super Admin." From here, you will see a list of all your segments.
To go to the companies page, click on the companies tile. It will navigate to the companies list page.
Click on the respective companies to go to the locations page.
To go to the locations page, click on the location tile. It will navigate to the locations list page.
To create a new location, click "+ Add Location" in the top-right corner. A modal pop-up will appear, allowing you to enter the location's name, set the team limit and the user limit. Once you are ready, click the "Save" button to see your new location.
To edit an existing location, click the "pencil" icon next to the Is User limit.
And To delete a location, click the "Trash" icon.
Ability To Add Teams

Teams within companies facilitate collaboration and specialization, ensuring efficient project management and task execution. Admins can create new teams, edit existing ones, and delete them as necessary. Additionally, they can set user limits to sustain optimal organization.
Steps To Use And Create Teams:
To access your teams, click on the "Admin" tab in the top navigation bar, and then click on "Super Admin." From here, you will see a list of all your segments.
To go to the companies page, click on the companies tile. This will navigate you to the companies list page.
Click on the respective company to go to the locations page.
To go to the locations page, click on the location tile. This will navigate you to the locations list page.
Click on the appropriate location to go to the teams page.
From there, you can see the list of users and teams for the location. To create a new team, click "+ Add Team" in the top-right corner. A modal pop-up will appear, allowing you to enter the team's name and set the user limit. Once you are ready, click the "Save" button to create your new team.
To edit an team, click the "pencil" icon next to the user limit. To delete a team, click the "trash" icon.
