A Message from Our founder, Dr. Bruce:

Welcome Message for New Bootcamp Members

Updated over 8 months ago

In 2017, I made a pivotal decision: I moved from Nashville to Denver to launch 90-Day Sales Manager—a bold step in a market where I knew no one. Many thought I was experiencing a mid-life crisis. After all, I had successfully help build a multi-million dollar sales training business in under two years at my previous company. Yet, the desire to start my own venture had long been brewing within me. I had already been coaching top producers across mortgage, financial services, real estate, title, and insurance while overseeing sales and development for my previous company.

Then, life delivered a powerful wake-up call: my dad passed away from cancer. In studying deathbed research, I learned that we often regret the things we didn’t do far more than those we did. This experience reinforced a profound truth: we have one life, and it’s essential to make it count.

From Salesperson to Solopreneur

Did you know over 50% of North Americans are now considered solopreneurs? A solopreneur is someone who independently manages all aspects of their sales, operations, and marketing. I experienced this firsthand in my early years. However, the statistics are sobering: nearly half of solopreneurs fail within their first year, and about 90% do not last five years. Passion alone doesn’t guarantee success.

Through coaching top producers and building my own business, I identified the 5 Habits of Highly Effective Salespeople. Consider these habits your business plan, while the 90-Day Sales Planner in conjunction with Accountable CRM serves as your sales plan and accountability partner.

My mission is to empower every salesperson to become a solopreneur and reach their full potential. While our program is called 90-Day Sales Manager, it’s not confined to just 90 days. It’s about running your business in cycles, and over the next 90 days, we’ll provide the foundation you need to increase your chances of success—whether you’re just starting out or are already seasoned in the field. Remember, training isn’t something we did; it’s something we do. It’s an ongoing journey aimed at helping you improve every day.

Our Only Ask

Come into this program hungry, humble, coachable, and open to our training and systems. This isn’t a fleeting commitment; we need you to be all-in.
