Timeblocking for Success

Part One: Personal Timeblock (90 Minutes + 30 Minutes)

You can’t pour into others if your own cup is empty. Your greatest asset in business and life is you—your confidence, energy, and mindset. That’s why we follow Stephen Covey’s Whole-Person Theory, which highlights the four key areas of personal growth:

  • Body (Exercise & Physical Health)

  • Mind (Learning & Personal Development)

  • Heart (Self-Gratitude & Emotional Well-Being)

  • Spirit (Long-Term Impact & Legacy)

We recommend spending the first 90 minutes of your day strengthening your body, mind, and heart. Then, dedicate an additional 30 minutes to your legacy by managing your database and CRM—ensuring you stay connected to the people who matter most in your business.

Part Two: Professional Timeblock (90 Minutes)

The purpose of any business is to create and retain customers. Without consistent new and recurring revenue, you don’t have a business—you have a hobby.

Many sales professionals get creative in avoiding the most critical activity for success: proactive prospecting. To prevent the sales rollercoaster, schedule 90 minutes of uninterrupted prospecting every day.

Follow our 90-day selling system, aiming for 10 outbound sales conversations daily:

  • 5 New Business Calls – Generate fresh opportunities

  • 3 Favorite People Calls – Strengthen existing relationships

  • 1 Connector Call – Engage with a key networker

  • 1 POI (Person of Influence) Call – Stay in front of industry leaders

Consistency is key. Lock in your prospecting time and watch your business grow.

Part Three: Marketing Timeblock (30 Minutes)

To attract the right people, you must become more attractive—personally and professionally. Your digital presence plays a significant role in how others perceive you. That’s why 30 minutes of daily marketing is a must.

Use this simple 3-step system to stay visible without getting lost in the social media black hole:

1️⃣ B.F.F. Post – Share one social media post daily about Business, Family/Friends, or Fun.
2️⃣ Gratitude Messages – Acknowledge birthdays, anniversaries, and referral thank-yous.
3️⃣ Go-Giver Social Media – Engage with your network by liking, commenting, and sharing their content.

⚠️ Caution: Marketing can be a time-sucker! Stick to 30 minutes max to ensure productivity stays high.

By implementing these three daily timeblocks, you’ll create a balanced, high-performance routine that drives long-term success. Ready to take control of your schedule? Let’s get started. 🚀
